IAAOM – Representing NCCAOM practitioners in Indiana

The purpose of the Indiana Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine is:


* To educate the public as to the value of acupuncture, specifically by those trained in               Traditional Chinese Medicine and it’s multiple disciplines.


* To provide a resource where the public can find highly trained, board certified acupuncturists and Oriental Medicine practitioners and related information for their health needs.


* To provide an organizational forum for nationally accredited (NCCAOM) acupuncturists and practitioners of Oriental Medicine in the state of Indiana.


* To provide continuing education for our members and links to continuing education in other states, specifically in the Midwest.


* To educate legislators and stand up for protective legislation regarding the rights of nationally certified Traditionally Chinese Medicine practitioners in the state.


* To gather and disseminate factual information and relevant opinion regarding issues of concern to the profession of acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
